- Drafting the bylaws or deed and registering the company with the relevant registries.
- Obtaining the company RUC and support with opening a bank account, subject to each bank's policy.
- Guidance on special regimes such as Maquila or Law 60/90 where they apply.

- Catching up on overdue filings or taking over from your current accountant.
