Your responsibilities as a partner
- Collect accurate details and a valid ID document from each end client.
- Present the service accurately: a 12-month lease on a real apartment, a certificate of domicile and mail handling, with the unit assigned by us.
- Make no absolute promises: acceptance by banks, fintechs or authorities is up to each institution.
- Don't offer utility bills (ANDE, water) in the client's name: they aren't included.
- Pay the monthly invoice within the agreed terms.

How is this different from the affiliate program?
As an affiliate you recommend and earn a commission; the client pays $800 on our site. As a wholesale partner you buy each address at $600 or $550, sell it at whatever price you like and invoice your client yourself.
Whose name goes on the documents?
Your end client's: the 12-month lease agreement and the signed certificate of domicile carry their details.
How long does issuing take?
Usually 48 hours from the moment we have the client's complete paperwork.
Can clients choose the neighborhood or the unit?
No. Every address is in Asunción's Eje Corporativo and we assign the unit.
How does invoicing work?
One consolidated invoice per month covering every address issued in that period.
Can I use my own brand?
Yes: we can set up an onboarding page under your brand, or co-branded, where your clients submit their details. This depends on volume.
Do you contact my clients?
Only for operational matters: signing, documents and mail notifications. We don't market to them or offer them other services; the commercial relationship is yours.
Does it work for banks, a RUC and residency?
The lease and the certificate are submitted as proof of address in KYC, RUC and residency processes. Final acceptance is up to each institution, and utility bills in the client's name are not included.
